Diet Coke carton was opened in end it was standing on Picked up %26 some cans came out

Why not substitute two 12 packs like they have done in past when a case wasn’t available

I ordered and paid for a 24pk of diet coke, received an 18pk

Its the best diet drink in my opinion.
