We make home-made pizza all the time, and this is better even than mozzarella cheese. Plus it melts easily on omelets, so it is very versatile. Since it is somewhat soft, pre-shredded is fantastic, and its gentle flavor allows me to season different dishes to our liking.

Purchased on an online order since it said my store was out of shredded Colby Jack. Being a person who loves all cheeses I didn't have a big issue with purchasing it even though it was my first time. Good flavor and elevated everything I put it on. Higher melting point.
