The gifts that I received were discontinued in 2020 per Gordon Biersch restaurant where I attempted to use them. I contacted Sams and explained the issues. The response from Sams was that Sams does not refund or accept returns and take the issue up with my credit card issuer. I did on the Gordon Biersch website verify that they cards were discontinued. (Current GB gift cards have a 19-digit code with pin), the ones I received from Sams had only a 16-digit code. What frustrated me more was the comment made by the Sam's associate following our conversation. She asked: "Is there was anything else I could help you with today?" There was no apology. My answer was to her: "You have not helped me at all today."

The Annapolis location said that these are "old" gift cards, no longer accepted by their system. We gave some as Christmas gifts, so now will have to contact those who we gave them to and give new gifts. Very disappointed.
