William, Sorry to hear about your experience. All Honda Pilots have a 9x3 hook arm. The adapter that is pre installed on the wiper blade is the adapter for this arm type. Keith, Sorry to hear that the adapter did not fit. The arm type is Top lock push button 19mm which is accommodated in the 26" and 18" blade with the 3H adapter as listed in the application guide. feel free to call us at (800) 477-5847 and we can send you the 3H adapter.
