Cooked these in the insta pot. Not quite like starting from the field but so so much quick and they were very good. Will cook again.

I purchase two bags and ended up with at least a half a bag of stems. Not worth the money spent or time spent picking out the stems. Very disappointed!!!!!!

Way too many stems. I might as well had gotten a bunvh and picked them myself.

Lots of greens. Not a bunch of stalks. They are cut well.

taste like hard card board paper even after cooking for 2 hours! will never buy again
