The bag I purchased was fresh and clean. They cook down so much. I reordered 5 more bags to freeze. I hate all the time it takes to prepare the greens.

This is my first time using this particular brand of greens. In the past, I've never been too fond of pre-cut & cleaned greens because there have always been way too many hard stems & I still had to go back & clean the "pre-washed greens." Not wanting to leave anything to chance, I went ahead and washed them, but honestly, it was not necessary. There wasn't a lack of dirt/debris in my leftover water. There were quite a few tough stems though. I just put them in a big bowl & as I took a handful to put into my pot, I picked out the tough stems, it was an extra step, but well worth it in the end in my opinion(if you don’t mind the stems, then you're good to go with these). A bag & a half was sufficient for my Thanksgiving Holiday needs, and I was concerned that the 2 bags wouldn't be enough. I would definitely buy these again, they're a time-saver & cost-effective.

Very good greens to prepare if you're trying to save time. The only downside is that they have very large stems. I dont like a lot of stems, so I spent extra time trimming around the stems and picking out some stems out while cooking. Other than that, they're great!

I chop these like the chopped salad you get out Outback and then drizzle with a hot bacon vinaigrette with crumbled blue cheese or feta. Yum!

I got a really good bag of great greens that didn't have any weird discolored greens in the mix. YESSS!
