However recently our family has decided to make healthier choices and so we thought we would have to give up our beloved tea. Until we found the saving grace that is Milo's zero calorie sweet tea. I find the taste to be delicious and comparable to the real thing without causing my blood sugar to spike. When it comes to my sweet tea I will trust nothing but Milo's from now on .
