there was only one problem but a big problem they had to drop two of them cuz the jugs were all dented up and leaking and that's not good, so they most definitely need to be very careful so let them know this.

I think this is quality spring water with good taste, no aftertaste. Though the price has gone up slightly, being able to purchase 2.5 gallons at a time is both economical and reduces plastic use. I regularly order both singles and 3 packs.

Nice refreshing drinking water. I really like spring water by arrowhead from my families hydration needs. It has the best crisp taste and the container makes for an easy pour. Place in the refrigerator for chill drinking water. Add fruit and cucumber for a more refreshing taste.

Generally speaking, I really like this brand of springwater. On this exact container, the spout is a little bit fiddly. You have to pull out the neck of the spout before pulling the stopper out if that makes sense? You also have to poke a hole in the designated spot on the top to keep the air flowing so you don’t get a vacuum.

The water is fine. We like the water spigot feature also. The only issue we had was with the durability of the plastic. One slipped out of our hands when we were moving it and fell on the linoleum floor and split open spilling water onto the floor.

if you drink it ice cold it taste like good water but if its just cool water than it turns your stomach, if u try to drink a finish your tall glass you definitnitly dont want to punish yourself by getting another glass. i bought (6) 2.5gallon jugs so i still almost all of it left and no way of returning it to the store thats why i had it delivered,im dissabled and very inconvienced,i always read reviews before buying a new product, i now know why the 5 star reviews were years apart,that doeasnt make it a 5 star product,THATS CALLED DECEPTION !!!!!!!

Product contains high level of carbonates that you can see as white floaties in the water. I’m all for natural spring water but the apparent lack of filtration in this product is of concern.
