Pampers Cruisers Are A Huge Disappointment!

I have been a Pampers user from the day that my son was born. The only time I tried anything other than Swaddlers was a package of Baby Dry that was given to me at a baby shower. When my son outgrew the absorbency of Size 2 Swaddlers I went out and bought 2 big boxes of Cruisers. What a huge disappointment and waste of money! They absorb urine just fine but leaked EVERY time he had a bowel movement. I have spent countless hours soaking clothes, carseat lining, swing lining, etc. and that doesn't include the clothes that I just threw away because it wasn't worth dealing with the mess. The only time that they didn't leak was when I knew he was having a bm and could get to it the minute he was done. It just pooled in the diaper. He is still breastfed while he's being introduced to solids, so his bms are still somewhat runny. He has not outgrown the absorbency as he is just over 16 lbs. It has been so bad that I have considered switching to cloth diapers. I recommended Swaddlers to everyone I know that is having a baby, but I would not recommend Cruisers to anyone. I am truly disappointed in these diapers.

3 way fit mayor leaks

I have to say that i have always used pampers and had no problems until they changed to the 3 way fit they are nothing compared to the drymax. My daughter wakes up wet every morning with 3 way fit diapers. I have searched high and low for more of the drymax diapers but no luck. Don't waist your money on the 3 way fit.

I'm sorry the Pampers Cruisers you purchased didn't meet your expectations. Since you're just starting to use our newest diaper and the leaks started at the same time, it's normal to question whether the changes we've made affected the diaper's absorbency. We'd expect you to get the same great absorbency you've had in the past. The sizes and weights we put on our packages are there to help you gauge the best size to use for your baby. But there's a cross-over period for weight and absorbency needs that's different for each child. And if your baby needs extra absorbency, it might be a good idea to try the next larger size. As sizes get larger, absorbency increases. In the meantime, I'm sharing your feedback with the rest of our Team.

Worth Trying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried the Pampers Cruisers and I like what I see so far. They are just as reliably absorbent as the Swaddlers and Baby Dry varieties and they fit well on my daughter. They are a good addition to the Pampers brand. Definitely worth a try.

What happened to Cruisers?

I have been a long standing of Pampers for many years. My eldest is now 8 years old and my new guy just 6months. I have always felt that Pampers were worth the extra cost. The fit was amazing, absorbency was beat by none! I just got a new package and my little guy has woken up wet two days in a row at 4am-- and just when he has been sleeping through the night! I LOVED the Cruisers as you picture in your product description (just showing the eyes of the Sesame Street characters) but these new ones with the whole characters featured on them are so thin and no better than the generic brand. Sadly I will be exploring other diapering options now.

We appreciate your loyalty to Pampers for so many years and I'm sorry your little guy is waking up wet. . Our number one purpose at Pampers is caring for babies and making a comfortable, dry diaper is very important to us. The thing that may help is moving to the next size since babies can outgrow the absorbency of a diaper before they outgrow the fit. Some things to consider: • If your baby is close to the end of the weight range for the diaper size, you might try moving up a size. As diaper size increases, so does the absorbency. • Some babies will outgrow the absorbency and containment of the diaper before outgrowing the fit. In this case, again try moving up a size. • Since you’re only experiencing leaks at night, try moving up a size just at night. Hope this information is helpful.

My favorite diaper for both my children

I have B/G twins and they both fit wonderfully in all pampers but love the cruisers most because of their design! Other brands we have tried fit one kids but not the other, created rashes or they rubbed against their legs too rough. I have never had one single issue with the cruisers! (They were in the swaddlers when they weren't so mobile!) I love love love this brand!

Comfortable While They Walk

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The stretch band is very comfortable while they are moving around and learning to walk. The leg stretchy bands help them get around easily and with lots of energy. They are quick go to diapers as well! Baby loves them.

The best out there

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter has very sensitive skin so finding a diaper for her can be very challenging. These do not cause her to break out in a rash and are so absorbent. I also love the wetness indicator so I'm not wasting dry diapers. You can't buy a better disposable diaper. Just wish they were a little more affordable but they are worth the price.

These were NOT good.

Wasted my money, would appreciate credit to buy a different kind. I was out of town with no transportation otherwise I would have returned them the very next day. During the day they did not hold up well at all. At night the twins clothes and bedding was soak and wet. Never had such poor absorption from a pamper. Sorry I can not recommend.

We're sorry to hear the diapers did not hold up well. Leaking can be a sign that the child has outgrown either the size, the style, or the absorbency so we recommend moving up a size or trying a different Pampers style. We’d like to learn more about your experience so we can help you further. Please reach out to us when you can by calling 1-800-726-7377.
