Find someone else

Do not waste your time or money. The person Angi was sending messaged me at 10:15 when we had a appt at 10 saying he was at the address and only waiting til 10:29 then leaving. I then messaged him back saying he is definitely at the wrong address as I'm working from home and my husband was waiting for him inside the garage with the garage door open, no bell even rang, he told he was going to check the address, I continued to messaged him cross streets, what the house looked liked, he STOPPED ANSWERING, i even called the number for him listed, he didn't answer either. By 11 i called Angi customer service, they told me the tech arrived at 10 and left at 10:43, i explained to them there is no way they were here as my husband literally was waiting outside. We asked for a supervisor and was told one would call back because they had no way of transferring the call %26 rescheduled us for Saturday - 48 hours later. I do not recommend this service at all. You're better off finding someone else or another company who is actually trustworthy.

No Dependable, Trustworthy and no communication

Bought the service on 12/28. Multiple attempts to reach to the customer service or company. Created a case through Sam's club chat with us. Neither ANGI or Sam's responded back. ANGI will probably keep you hanging if and only if they will respond
