I recently purchased one of these and was quite disappointed that when I opened the box the divider wasn't included. However, their customer service is great! I emailed them with the issue and they sent out a replacement right away. Their service is as great as their products.

I really don’t write reviews often however this company and there lunch boxes are great! They have multiple compartments which makes it easy to store all kinds of food for your loved one! Customer service is phenomenal and I won’t be purchasing anything else!

We’ve been using Bentgo for a few years and recently upgraded to this model since my son is older now. He is very hard on things and uses this daily - it still looks brand new. I love how the inside pops out to wash it and my son loves that his food doesn’t “touch”!

We have been using Bentgo lunchbox's for our child every day for years now. Products always come in perfect condition, are very easy to clean, and fit everything our kid needs for lunch. We have also never had any issues with it leaking cracking or breaking. Can't recommend them enough!

I brought this about a year ago and it’s been great product. I like that there are lots of compartments to provide a variety of foods for my son’s lunch. It keeps food cold well. We did have an issue with the latch but the product comes with a warranty and customer service has been responsive.

A bought a Bentgo box for my daughter last school yr. Unfortunately one of the clasps broke. I noticed on the box of the new purchase they have a 2 yr warranty. I sent out a email and was pleasantly suprised that the honored that a d sent me out a new bentgo. Definitely a Great purchase and experience. Thanks Bengo!

My child likes it, but unfortunately, after less than one year of careful use, the gloss is all scratched up and looking dull and very used, altho it does keep everything in place and does not leak. It also took forever for the silicone inside to lose a very pungent and toxic smell. I am also worried about chemicals leaching, since after contacting bentgo, I was told there are indeed phthalates employed in the process of making the bento box, which was contrary to the description when I bought it. Really wanted to love it, maybe the glass one's will stay nicer longer!

I’ve been a loyal customer of Bentgo for over 6 years. This lunch box has been a life saver for our family. Everything fits super nice & the food compartment help to give the little ones options of food selection. Food stay at room temperature or semi warm. Easy to open for little hands. Also you have to get the bentgo lunch deluxe to pack fit this item extra nicely. Add more things on the side of your child wishes. Or water bottle. My daughter has now this version but in girly color. My son is now 8 years old and we still use dependíng on meal for the day - if I make a bulkier lunch, we use the bentgo salad box or the lunch box with sandwich option compartment. Bought our boxes last summer for our 4 Kids. Unfortunately, two of them have thrown away their removable dividers. I contacted bentgo and they made it SUPER easy to send me new ones, and I’m super glad! It would be much harder to use them without the dividers!

I’ve bought one for each of my kids unfortunately the dividers got lost. I contacted customer service spoke to John Kevin. He assured me I could get replacements . That was in April it’s now August and I’ve yet to receive them. I wish I could just order replacement parts! These are a great green option and make packing lunch so easy! My kids love their bentgo boxes
