We have used other bento boxes in the past with removeable parts, and this one is great for the fact that it is all contained together. We love the ability to just put it in the dishwasher at night so its ready the next day. No complaints, other than my son not shutting the clasp all the way when he is done eating which can make a mess, so if you have very young kids you may not want to put liquids inside.

Compartment is good size enough for my first grader. They also have a great customer service. It is not only the product itself that makes me loyal to a brand but also how they handle my questions and immediate response with it. This brand care and I felt it.

We have loved our Bentgo boxes. They are the perfect food box to bring to the pool, on a picnic, out on a hike, pack for school lunches, etc. They are sturdy, easy to clean, pretty dang cute to boot. Not a complaint by any means, but the only thing that could change to make it better would be some sort of a handle to make it a bit easier for the kids to carry themselves!

We have been using the Bentgo kids lunch boxes for years, but needed to add some new boxes to our collection so that my growing kids could take full size sandwiches and other larger items. The Bentgo Fresh is awesome and has the removable divider to offer even more versatility—my kids love their new Bentgos! Thanks for making a quality product that lasts (we still use our kids boxes for snacks and small meals to go!).

I reached out to them on a weekend to ask for safe ways to remove mold from my son's bentgo box as he forgot it at school. They were super fast to respond ( on a weekend) and gave me solutions to try to resolve the problem. When that did not work they offered a replacement. We have a good amount of their products and have not had any issues. Will gladly continue to buy these for our 3 kids who take lunch to school daily.

This fits quite a bit of food - more than plenty for a voracious toddler. It fits perfectly into his small Target school lunch box. Love that the tray can go in the dishwasher. Just don't lose/dump the handy removable divider in the trash since a replacement isn't sold online. We actually like the Fresh better than the Chill in which the lid stands vertical instead of laying flat against the table like the Fresh. Highly recommend for school and for outings!

My sister received a bentgo kids lunchbox as a gift, and unfortunately we opened it to find that it was broken into to pieces. I reached out the Bentgo Customer Support using the card information included in the box and got a quick response by email. They were very patient and kind while helping. Thankfully we were able to get an exchange! Will be offing from this company again, my sisters love them. Very kind, respectful, and helpful people! Thank you Angelo and all who helped me out!

We bought these for our 9 and 6-year-old daughters to pack healthier school lunches. Love the leak proof compartments! Our kids always get positive comments. Be careful not to lose the divider in the trash like we did :) Customer service responded immediately to send a new one.

My kids 6 & 4, love using these for school & summer camp! The love them so much that my 4yr accidentally threw away his divider when he was cleaning up his lunch at preschool. I contacted customer service for a replacement divider and they were happy to help! They were able to send me a new divider in the mail. These boxes are amazing…just remind your kids to hold on to those dividers when they take the boxes upside down to throw away their trash.

I reached out and asked for replacements for our 2 bentgo boxes and they have deformed and no longer close. In order to receive replacements, I was told to send pictures, then told to send the product code, and now told I must leave a review. I was quite happy with them before, and had even planned to buy 2 more, but after this process, I am not sure about that.
