My daughter received a bentgo box as a gift and loved it. After about 3 months of use, one of the latches broke. I called customer service and reported the issue. The team member was courteous and was able to fix the problem in no time at all! Highly recommend!

I have been using Bentgo lunchboxes for my two kids for years. They are great! They are made out of quality material and they are sturdy and versatile. The Bentgo fresh lunch box is my absolute favorite. They are the perfect size for my 5-year-old, and he can open them easily for kindergarten. They are super easy to clean. The individual compartments are adequate size, and you can use the divider to make the large compartment big or small. A regular size sandwich fits perfectly in the larger compartment. They also fit in most children's lunch boxes which is a huge plus. I absolutely adore these containers and will continue to purchase them.

We have a TON of bentgo boxes. We never had any issues except for one. The tray cracked and we lived with it. Then the top portion got mold. It’s the only one so not sure the green color is defective. I called bentgo and they are helping me out and fixing the problem. Great customer service!!!

My grandson loves the Bentgo box we got him for school. It's perfect for his lunches and enables him to take a variety of foods each day in a sealed container. Unfortunately, the gasket that seals each section became black, as a result of mold or mildew. The company was wonderful and offered to send me a replacement!
