I've had this lunch box for many years and find it is downright bullet proof. The only thing is that the optional divider tends to get lost. But it still works just fine. I've since purchased several other bentgo lunch boxes and find they are the most durable brand for kids.

The latch broke off of one of our boxes and I was so sad, but I reached out to customer service and they’re sending a replacement. I really like these boxes, so I’m grateful customer service was so responsive and helpful. They are high quality and have worked so well for school lunches. I’ll definitely be buying from them in the future once we need a bigger size.

We love the bento box and the Bento bag combination that they came up with. It’s very sturdy and I use this daily for my daughter lunch and it’s very convenient as we have bento bag with a separate space to slip the lunch box in. So easy to travel with and clean.We can pack so many different things and keeps food fresh all day. The beauty is having 5 different compartment to let my daughter have variety, and I love that it is dishwasher safe.

These containers have been an absolute life saver for me and my family. My son has adhd and ASD, very picky with foods and with foods touching. This gives us the ability to pack a little of each of his favourite foods separately. We have been using these since pre-k and now he is in grade 1. They last a long time and are very durable. We have never had a problem with them leaking. We put a thin ice pack underneath these in his lunch bag and it stays cold all day. I meal prep with these Sunday afternoons so in the morning we can grab and go! We also like the Bentgo snack containers to send for afternoon snacks. I bought these for my three and five year old for school.. It's a good size and fits enough food for lunchtime, with no leaks. They can also open and close it on their own (with a little practice for the younger one). Despite our best care efforts, mold developed on the silicone seal after a year. The warranty is real, folks! They are replacing it after a straightforward email exchange. It makes the pricetag worth it, since it can last several years.

I had gone through several lunch boxes for my son, but ended up throwing out useless plastic before the school year was over. It wasn’t until I found the Bentgo lunchbox that I truly recovered my love for lunch packing! This lunch box is great for salads, sandwhiches, meals, and has yet to dismay me as to how neat it keeps everything inside from spilling! I bought the rainbow and butterfly bentgo box for my granddaughter for preschool. She absolutely loves it. No more soggy sandwiches. She likes the divided compartments so her food items stay separate. The Bentgo box is super easy for little hands to open and close

My son has been using this lunchbox for about a month at school. I noticed an issue with the lunchbox and messaged customer support just for some help on how I could just fix the lunchbox without replacing it. I received a quick reply with some tips and tricks to try to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, it didn’t work. However, I was pleasantly surprised to have been offered a free replacement, which would be received in just a few business days. The customer support staff really went above and beyond to resolve the issue! My son loves this lunchbox because it has fun compartments, a fun design, and it doesn’t spill! Highly recommend both the product and the company.

We bought a set of a lunchbox and a cup back in August. Unfortunately the lunchbox started to mold and the bottle straw was easily damaged. However, customer service was contacted and they quickly sent a replacement and were able to assist us with our concerns and gave us tips for caring for them in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My girls have been fighting over this lunch container since it arrived! It is the perfect size with the right amount of compartments. We have put hummus and dip in the little compartment in the middle and it doesn't leak! The color is so cute and it is nice and slim- I have put this container directly in my daughter's backpack to save space when her backpack is full. I love knowing that the food will not get squished and the food won't leak. It can be hard for my girls (4 and 8) to close when they are done eating. I think they will figure it out quickly but so far, that has been the only challenge. I'm going to buy a second one so that they don't have to fight! I'm so glad that have discovered this fun new way to pack lunch.
