We got the blue confetti lunch box and insulated bag for my son about 2 months ago. The shell of the lunch box is see through and feels much thinner than our previous box (monster truck print). Within a little over a month of normal school use, the lid of the shell was broken. We had to switch back to the monster truck box while waiting on our replacement. On the upside, the customer service was super quick to respond. With a couple of pictures in an email, they were shipping out a new one to be here in 2 to 5 days! I love our Bentgo products, we have a lot of them. This is the first issue we have had and they handled it very well!

It’s easu to take apart and clean and has many different compartments for snacks. We especially love that it closes air tight tight so we can put ranch in there and it doesn’t spill out.

I bought 4 of these in multiple colors in 2021, it was money well spent, they are easy to clean, don't leak and have held up beautifully over the years. You do need to be careful with the dividers, my kids have tipped 2 in the trash, thankfully Bentog provided excellent customer service.

I absolutely love Bentgo boxes! I bought two for my kids school lunches and they are great! Durable, no leakage between compartments, easy to wash and fun patterns. I had called customer service to get a replacement insert and they blew me away! They are sending me a replacement. It is so refreshing to have a company stand by their product! Thank you Bentgo!

We have purchased many of those by now and enjoy them for both our boys. We like the vibrant colors, and prefer them to the grey which may stain over time. The seal is good but I would advise anyone to hand wash the covers or soak promptly to avoid mold formation or damage to the silicone from your dishwasher. The hinges may crack and we always keep them in a padded lunch box for protection. Great costumer care and I can't wait to try some of the new products.

I have been using Bentgo boxes for a couple years and reccomend them to everyone! I have multiple styles to adapt to my kids lunch choices and love that they are easy for kids to open! This saves time in the school lunch room, which ultimately helps them have time to eat AND continues to foster a sense of independence. Easy to clean, stacks for storage and with so many colors and styles- Bentgo are here to stay in our house!

My 9 year old son’s favorite Bentgo is the sharks print. He uses it weekly at school, rotating with our other Bentgos. He likes that this one has the small round compartment for dips, unlike the Bentgo Chill model. The large compartment is perfect for a half sandwich. We are able to fit these snuggly into Pottery Barn classic lunchboxes with thin reusable icepacks for school. We wash the inserts in the dishwasher and hand wash the shells. This lunch box has been the perfect size for preschool and elementary years.

I bought 4 of these for my kids ages 7-14 at the beginning of the school year and I will say it is worth EVERY. SINGLE. PENNY! This lunchbox has already paid for itself in the amount of ziplock bags I would buy or those “pre packaged lunch size snacks” these lunchboxes make it so much easier to pack healthier lunches for my kids and I love how sustainable they are for the environment! I’m forever going to be a Bentgo customer as their customer service is outstanding! Their warrantee truly backs them up. They also make great for road-trips as it makes for a great little “tray” If you don’t have a Bentgo box or on the fence you should just go ahead and click the add to cart button now bc you will not be disappointed! Highly recommend going on Pinterest and looking up all the fun ideas to make lunches healthier for your kiddos! Not only that but Bentgo sends a monthly or weekly email of ideas and recipes too! This lunchbox is perfect for my preschooler! Completely leakproof and perfect portion sizes. I will say I did notice a spot of mold on the rubber seal after several months of regular use - I contacted customer service about this and they gave me suggestions on how to clean it. When that didn’t work for me, they replaced it free of charge. We will be especially mindful to promptly dry this after use moving forward. Excellent product and excellent customer service!
