Was having trouble deciding between this item and the CSS bread maker, but they appear to be identical except for the name. You need 11" of counter space for the width, and 13" for the depth. It is not too heavy to pick up and store if you need to. The bread maker is a bit noisy, but it doesn't move on my counter and doesn't get too hot on the bottom. There is only a single paddle, but it stops after about 5 minutes of mixing so you can grab a soft spatula and get any stuff out of the corners. The manual is written in Chinglish but quite understandable with a little patience. It does indicate that you need to turn the pan counterclockwise before trying to pull it out. Soaking with hot soapy water helps get the paddle out of the pan if it sticks after baking. Basic recipes are included. Using actual bread flour helps, and so does measuring like you were doing a chemistry experiment. Butter can be chopped into small pieces to soften at room temperature. Hot melted butter is a bad idea as I found out. The inconvenience of having to buy a simple digital kitchen scale to accurately measure the flour is more than offset by other useful things you can do with that scale. Frigidaire just has its name on this unit, and warranty service is provided by Curtis International, a Canadian company. Made in China.

I tried multiple gluten free recipes on the gluten free setting. I also tried gluten free pizza crust on the dough setting. I was not happy with the results. I found the dough would get stuck around the outside of the pan while the blade was spinning.

Bread maker is very easy to use and makes beautiful bread

The Frigidaire bread maker has lived up to our expectations. Only problem was the pot was not large enough to accommodate the 2 lb. loaf.

Makes great bread. Comes with all the measuring cups spoons you need. and a recipe book. Agitator never gets stuck in the bread like my old one did.

I use this machine to make smooth, soft bread and nice yogurt. I like the details from each recipe that it makes. Good addition to my kitchen.

SO EASY! I absolutely love this machine. It's the first breadmaker I have ever bought and it is simple to use. I absolutely love the cookbook that came with it. Highly recommended!!
