I really like the Venus line of razors, however, this one did not live up to my expectations. The first time I used it, part of the cartridge fell off! These things cost too much to use once and then throw away! Very disappointed. I liked the feel on my skin and would have enjoyed using it otherwise.

I did not like the 5 blades, and I actually like the 3 blade Venus razors better. Sometimes I feel like the 5 blades may be cutting too close and making my skin rough. Overall, I felt like I would use and buy this product again. I like the weight of the metal handle and it gives it more of a luxurious touch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow this razor is amazing! I've been using the cheap bic with 1 blade because I was too cheap to buy a new nice razor. So this razor has a metal handle which feel so sturdy and super expensive but isn't. It has 5 blades so it catches every little hair and gives a smooth shave. Above and below the blades are 2 areas of thick Olay products that when using the razor provide moisture that replace shaving cream and leave your skin feeling soft. Each area of Olay product is on a separate "pad" compared to the razors blades "pad" and they flex. So when you are shaving they contour to your body for maximum distribution of the Olay product and a closer shave. No negatives at all so far.

The handle is heavy duty and comfortable to hold onto. I love the no slip design of the handle. It allows you to get a nice close shave. I also love how it fits most Venus blades.

But the best part about this razor is how smooth the shave is! It honestly felt like I was shaving my legs with a bar of soap! I couldn't even feel the blade. It left me with soft, silky, hair-free legs. This will be my new go-to razor! The extra blades come in little pods where you just peel off the the lid and easily attach the blade to the handle. This is a great razor with the smoothest shave!
