It gets the hair shaved pretty well. It leaves a moisturizing feeling. The handle is very comfortable also. Definitely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gillette Venus Comfort glide razor with Olay Coconut razor is a fantastic invention. No more razor burn. This has a great smelling moisturizer built right in. No more messy lathering up! Just wet and shave. I achieved a super smooth close shave with no bumps or burn. The razor handle is perfectly shaped and correctly angled to prevent you from scraping or cutting your skin. I am so happy and excited with this razor I will never go back!!

However, I was quickly delighted with the comfort provided by the two pillowy guides on either side of the razor. It skims over my kneecaps without nicking them, and does a reasonable job of getting the area smooth in one pass. I have not gotten nicks at all using this razor, although I did get a little bit of mild razor burn in some areas the first couple times I used it (this is not unusual for me when I try a new razor). The cartridges are easy to change and seem to last about as long as my previous brand. The handle is comfortable to hold and feels sturdy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing I noticed about this razor was how heavy it was! I quickly got used to that though and it is comfortable to hold and use. The moisturizers smell nice and are really soft for the first few uses; after that, it feels more like a plain razor and I will probably need to use shaving cream with it.

Love this product, I have had the purple colored handled Venus shaver for a long time. I saw the Ad for the yellow one with Olay and wanted a change. When I saw it in person it is more of a gold color than a yellow, I was looking for a bright burst of sunshine for the spring/summer... who knows maybe they will make a lemon colored one soon!

She typically gets really bad razor burn with just any old razor so I try to help her find good quality ones but they are usually so expensive its hard to keep purchasing them. The Olay coconut is what saves her skin! She doesn't get those stubborn bumps anymore and her skin stays so soft! My favorite part is the price tag! Will continue to purchase!

In all my days of shaving never have a had such a shave. Normally razors miss hair on my legs and never shave so smoothly. My armpits are typically tender to shave and I have no complaints...This is a five star product and I would gladly recommend to all. Thank-you :]

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Venus Comfort glide razor is good for a quick & close shave. The built in moisturizing gel bar is very convenient, you don't really need to use a shaving cream with this razor. The 5 blades plus the gel bar give you a close & smooth shave.

I am all about a razor that works for my VERY sensitive skin, so I was excited to try this and willing to pay the enormous cost. BIG let down. Used once and it worked well. The moisture bars are great, but that's if they stay on there. The top bar fell off the second time I used it and the other has stayed on since then, but is rapidly dissolving. All you're left with after that is a regular ole razor blade. I'd be crazy to pay that price again for a essentially standard razor. Great idea, but needs improvement. I'll stick with my Divine for now.
