The handle is weighted as far as the other razors Venus makes. It's sturdy. Has a good grip for your fingers. It just feels nice! The shave is equally just as wonderful. Smooth. Moisturized. I didn't feel the need to use shaving cream at all! I don't usually mess with razors much anymore, as I'd rather wax, but I'll say... I'm going to keep this bad lil mama!

The razor handle is great--the rubber grips on the metal handle make it really easy and comfortable to hold with no slippage. The blade/refills are also great. I love the light coconut smell of the olay moisture bar and that my legs are so smooth after each shave. The five blade razor also gives me a super close shave that lasts a long time. This is definitely my new go-to razor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Gillette Venus is an excellent razor. I particularly like the construction of the handle. It is made out of metal giving it a nice weight and shaped so it is very comfortable and easy to control in the hand. There are rubber-like grips in just the right places so you fingers do not slip at all when using this razor. I like the comfortglide cartridges for this razor. They have plenty of lathering/conditioning product that lasts over multiple uses. The Olay conditioners do help to soothe and condition my sensitive skin leaving it soft after shaving. I like the fresh, summery scent of coconut it releases as I shave. The five razor blades in the cartridges do a spectacular job of giving a close, smooth shave. I have used the same cartridge for many shaves and it continues to stay sharp and give a good shave. So far these razors have kept their edge longer than razors I have used in the past. This is a quality razor with many details and features that have made my shaving experience better.

I love Venus. It's the only brand of razor I buy. I decided to try out the Venus Olay thinking it would be fabulous. And it was the first time. The second shave a little less so. The third time I used it, it left so much stubble my husband could even feel it! That's saying a lot because he has very rough hands and can't usually feel if I have stubble on my legs. It made me really mad and now I have two razor heads left that I feel obligated to use because I spent so much on them, but they suck. :( Very very disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m so happy I got this razor! I’m older and it’s getting harder to shave my legs but this razor really helped. The Olay glide sped things up because the razor really did glide over my legs so it took less time. The handle is longer than my normal razor too so that made it easier to reach my ankles. I got a very close shave and no razor burn. The pivoting head also made it easy for my armpits. I may never go back to any other razor!

Truly! It cut so much time off my shower and it stayed incredibly sharp through many, many uses. I will definitely be using this as a replacement for my usual brand.
