I had bought this razor thinking how great the moisture bar would be. After the first time using it I hated it. When I used to it was beyond slimy that it felt gross. And the five blades are nice but i feel more stubble on my legs with this razor than i do with a disposable one. And after 2 times using it the top bar had fallen off! For the money they are charging I would never buy this again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a neat concept for a razor to provide the lather along with the razor. When you use it it doesn't even seem like you're shaving. I stand the razor up after use so that it dries out the soap which is attached.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok I received this product as a gift in a BzzKit and let me tell you it is amazing! The razor is so smooth and gets the job done ! The coconut smell is not too over powering which is great! And the handle for the razor is super cute but kind of heavy. The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because there's no protection or cover for the razor blades. Other than that, it's amazing. Def recommend you my friends!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very nice razor setup. The handle appears to be metal and has some good weight and a substantial feel to it. The blades have a nice large conditioning area. Because of how those areas are shaped, I was concerned about whether or not I would get a close enough shave, but seems like the conditioning pads are flexible enough and the shave was good enough to keep me happy.

I usually buy the standard Venus razor blades, but on a whim I decided to try buying a replacement pack of the Venus & Olay razors. So far every shave has been amazing, really the best ever. And it would be my favorite razor in the world... except that I've only used it ~5 times so far and I'm guessing that I'll only get one more use out of it by the looks of the moisture bars right now. It would be great if the moisture bars could last a little bit longer, especially since I am a shave-everyday person. I'm really confused to see a few people say that it's not a close shave. It's been really great for me in that department because a) there's 5 blades and b) the moisture bars leave less impeding the blade than traditional shave gel. Is it possible that some people are using shave gel in addition and that is causing their problem? The only thing that would make this better for me would be tips from Gillette on how to make the gel bars last longer!

It makes shaving a pleasure Since the coconut soap is a real plus. It has five blades and comes with two extra blades, My legs felt smooth and were not irritated after using and the coconut scent is pleasant smelling. Another great product from Gillette!
