I got this for Christmas, it can hold a lot of food ,good for large families. SUPER easy clean up, nothing sticks. I do however only use wooden spoons or rubber spatulas or plastic. Heats up very quickly so you have to adjust heat over the first few uses. Maintains temperatures well

Got this as a gift today and raced to 5 star rate this product. Holy crap, I'm not much of a cook but I just wanted a wok for some stir fry. I got that and more. Already made a chinese stir fry and thought why not warmup some soup? It heats up soup in literally 6 seconds, I cant believe how fast it warms up. Minutes at the stovetop are now seconds. If youre a tech guy like me, its like going from HDD to SDD. Finally some convenient cooking that isn't the microwave.

This is truly a remarkable pot, I just received it as a Christmas gift and cooked venision steaks to perfection in it, I also used the pot to make Tex Mex turkey burgers and this pot has made my oven obselete. Trust me when I say I will purchasing more starfrit products in the near future. This pot is just wicked!!!!!

I use my wok for a lot more than Chinese cooking. I love to do up hashed browns with onions and when they are almost cooked, I crack a couple of eggs in, lower the heat and allow them to poach. A delicious and fast meal with very easy clean up.

So far, I've used it for vegetable stir fry, cooking meat, and to make other dishes like General Tao chicken, Shanghai noodles, and Singapore noodles. We purchased this a couple weeks ago. We actually bought it for one of our international students to use. We have ended ip using it more than our student. We used it this weekend to do our Thanksgiving Brussel Sprouts. Cooked them and kept them warm for dinner!

I asked for a wok for Christmas, and never imagined how great this one would be! It heated evenly & quickly, cleaned-up with just a damp, soapy paper towel and rinse, and food did not stick. It is a smaller diameter than some woks, but makes up for that with the depth and ease of storage. Very happy.

The capacity is great. The control is in degrees not just hi-med-low. Cooks evenly and is very easy to clean!

I bought this to cook outside when it gets too hot. I am very impressed at the heat conductivity and how fast it heats up. If you aren't very experienced in cooking you should watch out not to burn your food by keeping the heat low. If you are cooking something liquidy like a soup for instance; you can turn the heat up. If you are stir frying or frying noodles (in example), you need to monitor the cooking process at all times as it will get hot very fast.
