We used this to replace a smaller stove since it’s able to heat up so quickly it made smaller meal preparations easier.

Difficult to maintain constant temperature. It is either on or off. No such thing as low or medium heat.

I bought this pot & the third time it quit working. . . have read others reviews with the same issues. Am not satisfied with this item. I would not recommend this product.
