First, a lot of the containers are broken. This causes a lot of the containers to smell like the juices on the outside. And because some of the containers are broken, I do notice that the broken containers caused bad pickles and foggy juices. The pickles itself are good. It does have a strong garlic taste, so it depends on preference. I will add that the pickles do have that freshly packed cucumber taste.

OH MY GOODNESS, these are THE best pickles I have ever eaten! Actually, I don't particularly like pickles, but these pickles made me into a dill pickle lover! And the dill and the Garlic in there with the pickles just make them even better! I LOVE these, soooo good.

Let me start by saying I love garlic. However, these pickles take it to such an extreme that they're not enjoyable. Yes, they are crunchy. But to taste nothing but strong garlic is not what I'm looking for in a dill pickle. Dill? Hard to tell. I appreciate that a lot of folks like them. But, if you have an aversion to a garlic in your face pickle, skip these.

These started off fantastic - truly my favorite pickle. In the last year, every batch has been terrible. Taste is off and there is almost no crunch. I agree withbother reviews lately - Grillos has definitely lost their way. Way too much money to have zero quality control standards in place.

After years of trying to find a dill spear that tasted like the pickles I remember as a kid, we one day tried Grillo's. The were sensation.al, What a relief. Sadly, the story does not end there. In the past few months, Grillo's somehow lost its way. What were irresistible pickles are in the most recent experience simply pickles. We came up cold trying four well-dated batches. Still, not right. Quality control issue? Too popular to protect the taste? It's anyone's guess as what caused Grillo's to lose it.
