Terrible experience at service center. Old tires had no problem...smooth ride and quiet. Only changed due to tread life remaining. New tires are loud, bumpy and wobble. I had them rebalanced 3 times and each technician did worse than the other. Only when I sat and watched did they do the job correctly yet it still didn't resolve the bumpy ride. Service center wanted to blame everything under the sun except the tires which was the only change made - one day with old tires, all is fine yet next day with new tires loud bumpy ride. No service center has a road balance machine and I'm tired of wasting my time with the incompetent service technicians.

Tires were great at 1st, but even with rotations and propet vehicle maintenance the tires are practically bald after only approx 16k miles. Would not recommend to anyone because of this. A 60k plus mile warranty and not even receiving 1/3 the life does not leave me impressed.

It was time for me tires. I always buy American and what better way to support Akron than to get a set of Goodyear tires,. I have been very impressed with the handling in dry, wet, icy and snow conditions. I feel this is an excellent balanced tire. It feels like a new car again. The tires deliver a smooth ride, great gas mileage and virtually no road noise. They weren't the cheapest tire but I feel the premium ride and assurance of safe handling make these tires a premium value. I am very happy with my purchase.

The Assurance tires so far are demonstrating good traction in wet or dry conditions. Tires are louder than the OEM set that came with the vehicle, but the tread is brand new so I am reserving judgement on how they will break in. Haven't had our first snow yet this year, so no data on winter traction thus far. All in all, I am pleased with the tire quality and performance so far.

I've never been a fan of Goodyear tires. For whatever reason I've never gotten good wear with them. Although I've followed the tire rotation and care recommendations the tread wear has always been poor. On this most recent set I literally got less than half the claimed tread wear of 65K. Thank goodness Sam's honored the tread warranty. I got them replaced this morning with Pirelli tires. Lesson learned - buy tires from Sam's, follow the rotation recommendations, and keep receipts. Excellent Tire for my Chevrolet Equinox SUV Bought these Goodyear Tires and replaced the Michelin Tires originally came with vehicle when I bought it. These Goodyear tires are definitely a HUGE Difference from the Michelin tires. Getting better fuel mileage and more money with these New Tires and better Wear & Tear as well. .

Since purchasing my first car a Plymouth Duster. Goodyear tires have always gave me great service and peace of mind. With climate change affecting our lives differently every year. It gives me peace of mind that the assurance tires I purchased will keep me safe.

I selected this tire for its wet traction capablities. Looking at other tires I felt this tire was going to give me the best overall value. So far I have not been disappointed. I have not driven in snow with these tires yet, so I can't say how good they will be in the snow. I expect them to be at least average in the snow.

This is a great location and the staff there took the time to explain to me what needed to be fixed with my tires and why, which I truly appreciated. I'm not great with cars, and so I appreciated their patience. This is the only place I go for my tires

I bought these for my wife's Camry and we have had nothing but problems with these tires. Flat tire after flat tire. These tires cannot handle gravel at all and get a flat at least once a month. Extremely unreliable considering I have very cheap tires on a different vehicle with absolutely no problems. Will never purchase Goodyear tires again
