Wonderful Outdoor Kitchen Island

We love IT!!!!! The shipment weights 550 pounds but the island is three components which we moved easily with (2) four wheeled dollies down the sidewalk on side of house. Island can work without hardwiring to outlet as it has battery pack on back that powers RED/BLUE control knobs. The battery pack will not run LED lights inside grill.

Great looking grill

Received the grill days after ordering, Love the look and the price was in my range. Received with a hard scratch in the grill cover and will call for a replacement lid. The shipping crate and packaging is well designed to prevent damage. So, this damage came courtesy of the manufacture, hopefully that isn't a sign of things to come. I called and asked if there was a natural gas kit for the grill and the agent was not able to find one. I hunted down the company that makes this grill and found a kit for this exact model. https://prokangrills.cyberbiz.co/en/products/2025-members-mark-grill-island-natural-gas-conversion-kit Be aware you will need help removing the grill from the shipping pallet. 450 lb. lift requires four strong people. Will not be using the grill until I convert it to natural gas. So far very pleased with my purchase.

Heavy and great

Heavy - you will need help or a moving company to get this in place. Easy set up and install. Once in place. Was cooking in less than a hour. Really great grill especially at the final price.

It's a beast!

For the price - and it seems to have dropped by $2000 to $800 - this is a solid choice for an island grill. But it is a beast to move - If you have concrete path - you can push the thing. If you have to lift - you are going to need two - four people. I moved it over grass using the heavy cardboard pkg to roll over the grass - leapfrog - but we had to have four people - seriously. The delivery - pay for any white glove they offer from assembly to unpacking and certainly positioning - if they offer. The unit came in 97% okay - there was some faux rock damage on the bottom and a couple insignificant scratches - the "corian" surface had some slight damaged - but I was amazed at the packing - I am telling you it's heavy. Okay I have not gotten to the grill itself - overall well-designed and very functional. The griddle is brilliant - takes a little getting used to hot spots - keeping it cleaned - but I use it all the time - breakfast/lunch and dinner. Over the past year or so - I do have occasional periods when the gas seems restricted - not getting enough flame - but I am thinking that this is more on the tank than the grill. Anyway, the grill normally gets plenty hot - it will jump up to 500 - 600 degrees in about 10 minutes. The exterior takes less time to maintain than an all - stainless shell - I am far enough along that I am starting to order replacement parts, and they seem to be fairly available and reasonably priced. Having gutted many grills over the years - this one has held up better than most. The burners have lasted a long time ( I think I am coming up on 2 years - and really do have to replace. I am having to replace the griddle knob - that's on me - do not leave the griddle on and let spouse close the lid. Fortunately it ran out of gas - but the knob has to be replaced - griddle itself seems to have survived after a little cleaning - just fine.

The "Grill of Your Dreams" (and Nightmares)!

Oh, where do I even begin? Let's talk about the "Ultimate 5-Burner Rustic Ledge Backyard Grill"—the one with all the bells and whistles and comes with zero common sense in the shipping department. So, you're telling me that I spend over $2,000 on a "premium" 500-pound grill, and the best you can do is drop it off in front of my house? Oh, thank you, Sam's Club Logistics. You really "know" how to spoil your customers. But the fun doesn't stop there! Nope, this "premium" grill comes with an added bonus: "an impromptu fitness challenge". It turns out, once the grill is delivered, it's up to me (the proud grill master) to "somehow" drag this monstrosity to my backyard patio. Did you expect me to carry it? Oh, my bad. I should've ordered the "deluxe 24-hour personal mover package", right? I mean, who doesn't want to break their back for a $2,000 BBQ? It's not like I was planning to use the grill to, I don't know, cook —I was really just hoping to use it as a "home workout". But wait, there's more! It's such a beautiful piece that it's still sitting in my garage—taking up a perfectly good parking space, of course—while I “figure out” how to move it. It's been days, and I'm starting to wonder if I should just rent a forklift for the afternoon. But hey, I'll get it there eventually, right? The dream is still alive! **Recommendation**: If you're looking for a life-changing workout and some serious back pain, this grill is for you. But if you thought you were just going to enjoy some burgers on a Saturday afternoon without needing a chiropractor, maybe stick to something smaller and less "delivery-unfriendly".

Dent

The grill came on time. The grill came with a big dent in the hood.

Hope you were planning on keeping it in the drive

Well…if I ever get this grill to the backyard, I will do another review on it. This grill weighs 671 pounds and the delivery driver dropped the pallet off in my driveway and said “Good luck!”. I called Sam’s Club and they told me “Good luck!” How in the world am I supposed to this behemoth to the backyard? Do better Sam’s Club…this is absolutely ridiculous!
