Randomly worn in a section of the tire between the centre and outside edge of the tire. Only had them on my X5 for 25,000 km Always been a fan of Michelin but this is the last set I buy. I don’t even want to attempt a warranty claim because they still aren’t worth it.

Delaminates and must be replaced before tread life. I have had 3 sets of AS3, then AS4's and ALL have delaminated in the front just where the tread meets the sidewall. I use my Corvette Grand Sport for performance driving, but these tires are rated f.or high performance. I currently have less then 4,000 miles on my tires and the fronts need replacing

I drive a RWD P85+ Tesla Model S, which is both heavy and up until last winter had staggered 21” wheels. I was used to buying a new set of Pilot Sport 4S for the rear every 10-12k miles, which is to be expected, but not welcomed on that setup. I switch to 20” square rims front and aft, and also switched to Pilot Sport AS 4's ,245/45/ZR20 99Y, and couldn't be happier. Now that I can rotate tires life if grand. I'm used to extremely irregular wear and regular pinch flats, but I've got things nailed down now. Tire wear with theses tire is even, traction is more than adequate and tire noise is drastically reduced.

I am blown away by my new AS4s!!! I have a 2009 Chevrolet Cobalt SS. I drive spiritedly and daily drive my car. I came off of Toyo Extensa hp2s and let me just give it to Michelin.There is NO comparison. I have driven only 400miles on them but the All Season 4 is one great tire! They feel so smooth on the road and highway. I feel the grip and superb steering response driving compared to what I was driving on before. Road noise is minimal and actually very quiet from what I was used to. I am now a Michelin customer for life! Thank you Michelin for developing the best all season tire I have ever driven on.

Had these on my Golf R AWD for a few month now and with the recent 4" dump of snow I have had the chance to drive these in all conditions. Performance has been outstanding, great dry and wet control, excellent braking and these got me out of my steep driveway where the OEM's left me stuck. Highly recommend these for all season sports car applications as they don't compromise performance.

I bought a set of pilot sport AS4 to put on my car and I absolutely love them the amount of control and response difference compared to the stock tires was unbelievable and as far as grip goes I have a hard time breaking loose when I try to do it on purpose

I purchased these tires so that I could drive my Vette so I wouldn't be worried about late season mountain drives. I have just over 2,000 miles on them and couldn't be more satisfied. The ride is great, the handling seems to be better and there's virtualy no road noise.

I am hesitant to give a 5 star, because these tires on my Miata, seem to lack smooth steering. For example, when you just slightly turn the wheel, it jumps like it had difficulty going over its own tread?????, then when you turn back slightly it sticks and jumps. Very subtle, different then the OEM tires that were on the vehicle. Wish I really knew what was going on. Air pressure is what is on door jam. I may vary tire pressure and test.

Too many reports not indicating what vehicle the tires are mounted on! What good is such info? I have a new set of 245/4018 going on our 2019 RS 3, which has run 16,698 fast back roads out of a total 23,192 on current Michelin A/S3+ with no issues at all. Will report on the Pilot Sport 4S after some mileage is run at speed.

I no longer engage in terribly spirited driving (its been 25 years since racing school), but I still appreciate a superior sticky tire. I have also gained a fondness for a quiet , smooth ride, which you normally don't expect with a performance tire. I was therefore pleasantly surprised at how much these tires delivered all these qualities with so few of the usual compromises. For my purposes, this was an excellent choice, with much more grip than the OEM tires, and equal smoothness and very little more road noise. Unless you think you want a super stickey tire ( and are willing to pay the price in dollars and discomfort), I recommend the A/S 4. It looks like the new standard for an all season performance tire.
