Better than expected

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. I didn't have high hopes for the Flat Tire Ale. I was expecting it to be a somewhat heavy and bland beer but was pleasantly surprised. It's light and refreshing, easy to drink as it claims.

Love this brew!

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. I thought the beer tasted great. It was very smooth and refreshing with a great taste. I am an avid beer drinker, and normally drink Coors light… But this beer was surprisingly refreshing and had a very crisp taste.

Hits the Spot

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. The Fat Tire Ale is super smooth and crisp. I usually don't like ales due to the bitter aftertaste but this has a much lighter taste to it and I didn't mind it. Overall, I like the light taste and I would buy again. I also like that the beer comes in different size packs such as a 6 and 12 pack for bottles and also a box for cans.

Fat Tire - Smooth, Easy to drink Ale

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. Even though I do not prefer Ale style beer, I like that Fat Tire Ale is easy to drink. Sometimes Ales can have a harsh taste which I do not prefer, however this Ale is smooth with just a hint of that "spice/bitterness" goes well with salty snacks.

Amazing amber taste

Fat tire is by far my favorite New Belgium beer. The smooth amber taste keeps me warm inside all year round. Every time I crack one open it takes me back to my college days in Fort Collins, spending weekends at the brewery with friends. It’s what my parents drank when they were at CSU too and now it’s something we can all share together!

It’s better than you think

Fat tire is one of those beers you almost certainly heard of because you’ve seen ads or marketing materials for it, but if you haven’t tried it, do yourself a favor and try it today! Its a perfect example of Belgian deliciousness, great taste, perfect carbonation and a perfect representation of the style!

Great simple beer

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. Pours golden clear with thin white cap from bottle to pint glass. Reminiscent of a better old school amber with bready malty notes. Beautiful amber body, clear; decent carbonation; thick, frothy head, white and sticky; fat rings of foam inside the glass. Not a bad beer, certainly not a great beer. There beer has a notable lack of oomph to it.

A shadow of its former self

The new 'Fat Tire Ale' is a steep decline from what was my favorite beer, 'Fat Tire Amber Ale'. This new flavor always tastes like it has skunked compared to the old Amber Ale. I buy the bottles and the cans hoping one will taste better. Incredibly disappointing A-B decided to do this -- Fat Tire was my sole choice. If you are going to water down the flavor and seemingly use cheaper ingredients, at least offer a reasonably priced 30 can box option.. It is an insult to still charge the same price as the Amber Ale was. I've never seen anyone drink the 'VooDoo' rangers except for homeless poeple slamming them on the street. Please ,please bring back Amber Ale at least as a separate line.

Great beer!

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. Fat Tire never disappoints! The high quality, consistently good taste and decent price point makes purchasing this beer a no brainer! Not too hoppy but with a distinct flavor, Fat Tire will be my new go-to beer.
