Priced right

Been buying these buns for my restaurant for 8+ years with no issues. Suddenly, in the last 4 weeks, finding moldy buns in bags with at least a week prior to expiration date. Literally, 2 days after purchasing them, mold is being found on buns. This has been an embarrassment to my business if we somehow miss the mold when selling buns to customers with their orders. Both Sam's Club and I are tired of dealing with refunds and returns due to moldy buns. Something has changed at the bakery and it needs to be fixed. I've switched suppliers until the issue is resolved.

I usually always bought these buns, but have recently switched to another top brand. My reason is that these buns contain 500 MG of sodium in EACH roll. That's very high, and 13% of the daily "normal" requirements. Since mostly all products (including even Almond milk) have some sodium, this should b watched. Most of the other brands contain about 250 MG, half as much. Too much sodium can increase your risk for high blood pressure, stroke, and heart failure. But the list doesn't stop there. It can also increase your risk for osteoporosis, stomach cancer, kidney disease, kidney stones, an enlarged heart muscle and headaches.

These buns are ok. Like someone else stated the seeds make a mess. Secondly, the top of the bun is thicker than the bottom. I don't know if this is only the ones sent to Sams or what. I've bought this brand before and they don't seem that way in an 8ct. I wasn't too happy with these. We used them anyway. Funny thing is I bought Sara Lee ones and the bottom of the bun was thicker than the top. It's like buy the Ballpark and Sara Lee and switch out the buns you'll have perfect buns. No pun intended. I don't know what the deal is with these hamburger buns.

Not sure if I got a bad batch. I've had smaller Ball Park buns from other stores (in smaller quantities) and they were good (almost like a potato sandwich roll). These were dry and tasteless. Will be returning.

These buns are never cut right . I’ve bought 10 to 15 packages every week . Every package has a problem. Some buns are not sliced , other buns are sliced so thin on the bottom there is no way to use them for hamburgers . Plan on throwing a lot of them away because you cannot use them. I won’t buy them again ,

Perfect for making a home made Whopper? These are a great bun for that. Always fresh and delicious.

No more than half the bun covered in seeds. Cheap product. Go for the deluxe buns that cost more.
