[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to admit I don’t drink much wine or any alcohol so I didn’t know if I would enjoy this Bota Box Sauvignon Blanc White Wine. I was pleasantly surprised that I did enjoy it. The wine has flavors of melon, nectarines & lime zest which was crisp on my tongue. It also had lovely aromatics of citrus & lemongrass. It says it’s a medium bodied wine which I don’t know much information about how wines are deciphered as such but it did have a smooth finish after drinking. I do like that it’s in a box so that it is portable. It makes it easy to bring to dinner parties, get togethers with friends or enjoy in the fridge at home. It says it lasts up to 30 days after opening which is perfect for someone like me who doesn’t drink most nights and I can enjoy it for a long period of time. It also was an affordable price and would be a great idea for a gift! Bota Box has made me a fan of wine and I look forward to trying some of their other flavors.

This wine tastes fresh and crisp with out being overly sweet!! This wine also did not give me a headache or hangover the next day!!! This wine has stayed fresh over days being in the boxed variety. I can’t wait to try other bota box wine varieties!!

Even chilled, this wine has a somewhat sour taste.I really wanted to like it because Sauvignon Blanc is my favorite type of wine. I’m disappointed because the value is there. You literally get three bottles for the price of one nice bottle and in this financial climate, that really is a plus. If you’re going for quantity and not quality, this is definitely a pick for you. If you want to impress someone with a nice white wine, this is not it.
