Bought these tires several months ago and my wife loves them

Bought these tires almost a year ago and so happy with the performance.

The ride has been great, with excellent traction.

I recently bought the tires and it feels safe to drive on a snowy day.

But having had less than 6 months I got a hole in the sidewall?
