I dont know how good this is for your body. But its good for grilled cheese. My kids love eating this by itself. Its mild and smooth, melted easily if heated.

Who doesnt have kraft cheese slices at some point in time? Theyre simple to make sandwhiches with or to put on burgers. Only thing I dont like is sometimes the wrapper rips too easilt causing the top portion of the cheese to break off.

This is such a good cheese to melt and very inexpensive. It's great in sandwiches and ham melts. My daughter eats it by it self so yup it's a good cheese.
