The flavor and texture is good. The slices are great for a cold sandwich. I didn't care so much for using in a hot, grilled cheese sandwich. The cheese melted too fast and became sticky.

I prefer these white american cheese slices for burgers I find that they're more yummy than the cheddar ones and these melt easier as well. The taste Is super yummy
