I always buy the biggest pack available. There is nothing better than Kraft cheese when it comes to getting that perfect melt. Definitely different , great for making hot sandwiches and subs. But different than the white American they use in some restaurants. I like kraft cheeses for the calcium source since I cannot have actual milk . So consistently experimenting in the different recipe usages for it .
