This is the bourbon that changed my mind about bourbon. I have been a scotch drinker my entire life (my whole family is) and I thought all bourbon was swill. However, my boyfriend loves bourbon and one night out, this was in a flight of the restaurant’s best bourbons. It was a revelation! I was shocked at how good it was - I even said “this is like fine scotch good!” It absolutely turned me around on bourbon and I have been on the search of bourbons of this quality ever since (much to my bank account’s chagrin). Reserve and Pritchard Hill are always a go to for me. Their complexity and finish are absolutely amazing and one of the best! I am always recommending them to people to try because it is an amazing bourbon and if you change my stubborn Irish mind around on bourbon with one sip - people need to try it!!!!

I have been a Jefferson's fan for a while, and the Reserve is where it is at for bourbon enthusiasts. From the second the Reserve hits your taste buds, the subtle and unique combination of caramel, light honey, and possibly vanilla are incredibly pleasing. The staple bourbon bottle in my cabinet is Jefferson's small batch. I have tried Jefferson's Ocean, which is very good. However, for the price and quality, I would not pay the extra money for Ocean when you can enjoy the Reserve. Excellent Sipper!

i have had a lot of bourbon in my life. cheap stuff to the really top shelf bourbon. jefferson's reserve is a great bourbon for the price, and just a great bourbon in general. i always keep a bottle of this in my collection at my house. some bourbons will change from bottle to bottle. jefferson's reserve is always consistent and has great notes. you have done very well with this bourbon and i look forward to see what new master piece you come up with next!!!

I bought this bottle to try after watching the documentary Bourbontucky. This was one of the brands that was talked about as a new brand. I liked tha whiskey and it drank neat very well although a bit of water really got it to open up. Very good bourbon and was a great value. As reputation and word of mouth get around the prices went up. Still a good whiskey.
