It is good Use right away

I loved that the celery was not stringy. Of course, I washed, but the celery was pretty dirty in the package.

many of the stalks were already decaying and not edible.

Great for using in souos abd just eating plain. Love stuffing with cream cheese and pineapple, & peanut butter

Ends withered too quickly, stems too thin, bitter. To be fair, most fresh fruits and vegetables are not ripe, ripen too quickly or overripe at time of purchase. All depends on what’s available when you are shopping or ordering.
