Bridgestone Turanza QuietTrack - 225/50R18/XL 99V Tire

I have owned 2 Chevrolet Volts and have used this tire for the last three tire replacements; an exceptional tire that's highly recommended (lives up to it's name...Quiettrack)

Early on very nice quiet ride. Good traction. Wear very fast replaced at 3/32 just after 19k miles.

Very Quiet

After using the Bridgestone Turanza Quiettrack tires for 45,832 miles, I was told by a Honda technician my tires didn't have enough tread to safely make it through another winter. I verified that. I rotated the tires regularly at between 5K and 7500 miles, which Honda recommends, except I missed one rotation, so that interval was around 17K. The Bridgestone warranty rep said that should be okay. The chain where I got the tires said rotation should have been done every 5K and not doing that would make any claim denied. Nowhere in the Bridgestone warranty does it say you must rotate the tires every 5K miles. I won't buy Bridgestone again because their warranty is useless.

Tires worn out at 46K miles, warranty useless

Love these tires so far. The car handles so much better and the road noise is minimized and I don't feel those minor bumps as I did with the old tires. Good price for these benefits. How many miles I get on them in Florida heat will be the real test!
