Polyester and Lycra make it stretchy as you run and play sports the fabric moves with you. The shorts for great on my daughter's legs and do not ride up as she's playing. Mid thigh length. The skirt isn't see through at all even when stretched out. Really cute flirty movement. Great dressed down with sneakers or with a cute top for going out dinner summer so dinners. Incentisized
