I purchased this turkey last year before Thanksgiving when it was on sale. It is super easy to cook! I usually don't follow instructions on a package, so most likely I looked up cooking instructions for Spatchcock turkey. It cooked perfectly! One major benefit is that it was even more delicious over the next few days. While simply seasoned turkeys taste good just after cooking, they can have a weird taste the next day or when sliced cold. This one did not....excellent flavor! I am going to buy another for 2025

To start with the turkey arrived two days late and It was spatchcocked poorly. The refrigerated method which was selected by the shipper was gone upon arrival. And the tempter of the turkey felt cool but not cold as all the dry ice had evaporated because of the extended delivery. We cooked it opted to cook it and no one got sick. -- We will never mail-order refrigerated food for delivery from Sam's Club again

Was moist but, had an odd flavor and texture

The meat was tough and over seasoned.

It was so sweet it tasted like candy...we threw it out our dogs didn't even eat it. About the size of a whole spatchcock chicken...avg price 7.00...that is $25.00 I didnt enjoy spending !
