I really dislike these tires. After putting about 2000 miles on them, I've lost about 10% fuel economy (from MXM4). They also transmit a noticeable vibration through the steering wheel, most prevalent on smooth pavement. Finally, I don't feel confident in their lateral grip when pushed a little. The only positive I can come up with is I am surprised at the low noise level considering the lousy road feel. Hopefully they'll redeem themselves in snowy conditions. I definitely would have gone with the MXM4 again (4 stars, winter grip a little wanting) but they were not available when I needed tires (nor are they available now to take advantage of the satisfaction guarantee).

Purchased 4 CrossClimate tires two weeks ago to replace Perellis on my 2025 Volvo sedan. Had an opportunity to drive these in all conditions and I must say, what an awesome tire in the snow and wet pavement. However, on dry pavement, expressway driving 70-80 MPH, getting a vibration. Not an obnoxious vibration, but definitely noticeable. Also, the tires make the car feel loose, wanting to move side to side on a dry expressway. Lastly, my fuel economy isn't nearly as good as before. Back to the dealer in a few days to check the balance on these tires.

DISADVANTAGES: - Increased Fuel Consumption: Immediately after installation, I noticed a substantial increase in gas consumption—up to 20% compared to my previous OEM tires. After approximately 1000 miles, this improved to 10-15%. However, it’s still a significant impact! Given the already high cost of these tires, it’s important to take into account the additional expense resulting from increased fuel consumption. SUMMARY: The performance of the Michelin CrossClimate tires is very good, prioritizing safety and hopefully longevity, as claimed by Michelin. However, for my next tire purchase, I’ll be seeking similar performance without the negative impact on gas consumption.

Just got these yesterday. The ride quality is very good. Stopping, quick lane changes, curved entrance and exit ramps all good. However there is a rumbly sound. Its is evident at low speed like in a parking lot or neighborhood or at interstate speeds it gets more noticable as you go faster.

I bought these for my 2012 Suzuki SX4. After about 3 months later, I just slapped a pair on my 2011 Subaru Legacy. These tires a "meaty" and, while I have lost some MPGs, they are my favorite tire I've had on either car. I've put them to the test several days and nights driving in snow and ice and they haven't let me down yet. I'll be trekking around the mountains of Colorado this summer and see how they do in all the heat.

I purchased these new tires for my 2019 All-Wheel Drive Hyundai Tucson Limited, I travel 40K miles per year on average and experience all types of weather, Rain, Snow, and Ice. These tires are amazing the traction in all conditions is incredible! I could not be more satisfied with the Cross Climate

If you are a smooth driver, not pushing your car hard and drive carefully in winter conditions this is the best tire for you. Great performance on wet, slushy, snowy roads. Great summer performance in Toronto weather. Very comfy with little road noise. Used on both of our cars Subaru Legacy and Chevrolet Trax without any issue.

I bought these tires for my Tesla in 2023. I put Snow tires on the vehicle last winter and changed them back to these tires last spring. I have driven on them for two summers for 21K miles. I am having them put my snow tires back on now, and these tires are at 2/32", so they will not put them back on again next spring. I asked about the mileage warranty and was told that Michelin told them it is half the stated value because the tire is on an EV vehicle. That the tire is not made for EV vehicles. This information is not on any documentation that I can find. Their website says, "Michelin is the best in inclement all-weather performance on EVs." I got a third of the mileage that Michelin claims these tires should last. I feel cheated.

I read all the reviews but hardly any had the same vehicle as mine so it was a tough decision but I went with the crossclimate2 because of tire racks testing numbers. I have roughly 5,000 miles on them and they so far are the best tires I've owned. I replaced Mich MXV4 which were the OE but these crossclimate out perform them by far. They improved road handling,have very little road noise , are excellent in the rain and I'm still getting 35 mpg out of the V6 … the only question left to answer is how long with they last .The MXV4 lasted me 65k if these last that long I will be extremely happy.

Tire are smooth and perform as advertised. I read complaints about mileage and noise. I HAVE DRIVEN a Jetta and Grand Caravan and found the tires to be quiet. My tires are 245x50x20 and they are noisy. The ribs on a larger size are further apart and this causes them to be noisier. As for mileage if you are going on a long trip put 4 PSi over recommended inflation and your mileage will be almost the same as before. Don't forget to adjust pressure when done with your trip.
