Love the beautiful details of this clock. My grands love to make it play. Only con is that it needs a well lit room. The sunlight hits our house on the end sides. I sat a small lamp close to it so it will play during the day. Love the sound of the songs.

I love the music on this clock. It's so pretty, reminds me of Studio Ghibi. Also love the way it moves while playing the music each hour.

clock is good but giving 1 star review to get management's attention. This wall clock makes a very good gift. But carrying the box is a big pain. They should redesign the box and include a carry strap so that it is easy to carry.

This clock is beautiful. As many others have stated, the light sensor is poor quality. The clock is designed to stay off at night and not chime in the dark. It is controlled by a light sensor. No light, no chimes and no face movement. Seiko has told me the clock takes minimum light to activate. This is untrue. I have replaced the clock, and the issue still persist. It will only activate at the 10am and 11am hour. The clock is in a well-lit room. There is no way to turn the sensor off and allow it to chime 24/7. I wanted the clock badly enough that I purchased a mini corded LED picture spotlight with a timer and directed it to shine on the sensor. It works perfectly now that it has maximum light on the sensor. It's a work around if your clock won't chime correctly where you placed it.

Keeps the time just fine. But after just over a week it no longer plays music. Returning.

I got one as a gift last year

I purchased the "2023" of this product, I guess since I purchased before Christmas 2023. It does not chime at the top of the hour. It's always about 6-7 minutes before the hour. As a result I've hung it in my basement. It does keep time and I like the look of the clock.
