They are light weight and easy fit. Has front pockets and even a zipper back pocket. The quality in the fabric is phenomenal. I highly recommend these shorts and will purchase more for the summer. We have tried all kinds of shorts for my husband and just cannot seem to find the right fit for him without them being past the knees. He has a offensive linemen build (broad shoulders, big booty) and it is hard for him to find shorts that fit his thighs and his booty. These, unfortunately, seem to be more suited for a slim build!
