[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this for several years and works good. This is the first product I use with the crabgrass preventer then I reapply a crabgrass preventer 5-6 weeks later to do the job right and this works.

The neighbors don't control their crabgrass, so in August the crabgrass grows and the seeds blow around with grass cuttings and spread more seeds to grow. Putting this product down every year will control it.

Been using Scott's Fertilizer for years. I've tried using cheaper brands in the past and they just don't work as well. My only complaint is that every year, including this year, a bag Springs a leak and I end up with a bunch of fertilizer in the trunk of my car. I don't think I'm handling the bags roughly but perhaps when they are stacked on pallets they receive some abuse. So bottom line is great fertilizer put in a cheap bag.

That goes for not only this product, but all the Scott products. The 4 step line of product is just great and it's so simple to use. The results are also amazing. Get Scott's...it works!!

This is really about all your fertilizers. For a few years I would try other brands occasionally, but nothing works like your products. It all began when a friend had some Scotts winter fertilizer left over from using my spreader. I used it up on my lawn and the next Spring you could tell where I used the Scotts and where I used the other. I still used others...I guess I learn slow. NOW it is only Scotts brand fertilizer that goes on my lawn.
