[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using these lighters for about a week now.   First, the designs are great!  Some are more textured than others.  I really like the textured ones.  They are less likely to slip out of your hands.  One of the 4 pack was a little harder to strike the wheels than the others.  It seemed to loosen up after awhile.  The other three were easier from the get go.  These lighters are easy to use; however,  I think someone with arthritis might have some issues.  The flame stays pretty good in windier conditions and was only blown out a few times.  They have the typical dial to lower or raise the flame.  Again, the dial might be challenging for someone with arthritis or hand mobility issues.  For me, they work great.
