Without the ability to charge the second battery while the first battery is in use, does not provide much advantage. Only if the first battery fails. Suction is not great for carpet, but passable for hard floors.

Never dreamed this would be surerior to Dyson. We have used several of them for at least ten years. This one has a light that tells you how well it works. Very happy with purchase.

On a full charge I can get my entire house clean. I use different speeds, so mine lasted 48 minutes on a charge. It probably lasts 60 minutes on the low speed. Works for me!

I purchased this vacuum to replace our previous one. The epro select is so much better. The battery lasts longer and picks up more dirt. It has also cut my cleaning time in half. Go Buy One!!!!!!

We have dogs. We typically end up with everyone else’s dogs as well..so a vacuum is an essential part of our daily life! This really has great power, light weight and really gets the job done!

I got this as a Christmas gift from my husband and ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! The suction and battery are wonderful. It lasts enough to clean my whole house and does a great job. Thinking of buying a few more to keep around for gifts!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to clean my hardwood floors for my kids game room Vacuum does a great job picking up dirt and dog hair from the floors. Crevice tool comes in handy to clean along the baseboards.

Purchased this item in December 2023. The first "stick" vac we've had. So far it does what we are looking for, taking the place of the dry mop to better pick up and not just move the dust, crumbs and stuff I walk in. We were having one issue however with the "under furniture attachment" folding with very little pressure. I contacted the customer care department via e-mail. Within hours, Denise contacted me with a few questions, then with her suggestions. Since I did not require that attachment, I removed it and the vac functions like a charm. Denise responded to my several questions each time extremely quickly and very professionally. I thought great customer service was a thing of the past however, Denise has restored my faith in that it is not. Many thanks to Denise for what she does and how she does it! Much appreciated.
