Each battery is lab-tested fully charged after 3.5 hours with run times of 10-60 mins pending speed and attachments. Please contact us at service&#64;eproselect.com to try to troubleshoot it further for you.<br /><br />Run times may vary, but typically a full charge will last 45-60 minutes on the lower setting recommended for floors and handheld use, 25 minutes on medium and up to 10 minutes on the turbo setting.
