I bought my NutriBullet 8 months ago. At around the 3 month mark one of the blade assemblies began to leak at the shaft seal. I switched to the provided 2nd blade assembly and it lasted around 3 months and it too began to leak at the shaft. I used the NutriBullet 1 or 2 times a day, seven days a week. Also, the larger cup's plastic tabs wore down so that the cup had to be held in place while the machine was on. I did not over fill the cups, but filled only to the mark on the cup. I called customer service, and after faxing them the required documentation, they sent me 2 new blade assemblies, and a new oversize cup, charging shipping only. They advised me to replace blade assemblies every 6 months or so, and to stop short of the fill line when putting items in the cup, as excess pressure could contribute to leaks. In that case, one orange overfills the included small cup, so what use is it? And how do you follow the recipes in the book if the stuff won't fit into the standard size cups? Only the oversize cup is practical. The fact is, the blade assemblies have too much play in the shaft, and this wears the seal out. The new blade assemblies seem tight, so I hope they don't fail so quickly. The NutriBullet works great otherwise, and the customer service is excellent.

I purchased the 600 serious when it first hit the market and have been using it for years. the drink recipes have helped me loose weight and keep it off. I finally upgraded to the 900 series and I absolutely love it. love the new blades/tops no more leaks. very powerful motor drinks come out smoother love that primary cup is larger in size then previous model. would recommend to all my friends and family

I bought a Nutribullet PRO (I think it`s the 900 watts version) December 26, 2017. I had a Magic Bullet for maybe two years until it broke. I used that to make smoothies and juices. I can say that this NutriBullet PRO is a great upgrade from the Magic Bullet. I does the job in a matter of seconds: as soon as it used, the juice or smoothie is done. I drink a lot of juice and make lots of smoothies for the family, which makes this is a great buy.

I have used the NutriBullet every week since I bought it a year ago! I make quantities to last a week at a time. I have lost 15 lbs by having the fruits and vegetables that I have been missing for years! I can't stop telling people about how much I love it and the ease of use and clean-up! I'm so afraid that I will over use it and it will stop!!! It is wonderful! Thank you!!!!! :)

My guess is that I have had the advanced NutriBullet for about 4 months, maybe five. At first it was a blessing to have, particularly in summer. But over the last month, the unit will not start up when the cup is placed on it. The cup cannot descend so that it can then be turned to run on its own. I now have to press with my whole weight to get the bullet to start. And when I turn the cup so that it will stop, the unit keeps right on running. In fact, to get it to stop I have to lift the cup . . . not a good move but it is all that I have. A very disappointing purchase.

I have a busy, fast-paced life and I have 3 smoothies out the door in no time! Powerful machine, seeds & nuts blend in easily. Simple clean up and storage. After 4 weeks, I love it so much I bought one as a birthday gift for a friend! And I already feel healthier!

Saw a couple of "negative" reviews that gave me pause - then realized that those were all "operator error" - and after careful consideration and a recommendation from a family member - I bought it. I have absolutely NO issues with the NutriBullet - it works as promised and I am delighted that it is so simple to use and easy to clean. Definitely a recommendation from me!!

This is our 2nd Nutribullet, but it is NOTHING like the first. It is so loud that it wakes me out of a sound sleep when used. I should have returned it. It sounds like it's broken, and shards of plastic are being cut and circulating in the unit. I hate it... I begged my husband to STOP using it.

My husband and I got our NutriBullet for Christmas this year and we don't know how we lived without it! We will make fruit and veggie protein smoothies for breakfast, homemade frappucino's for a treat, and even lightened up milkshakes. It's so easy to use and clean, we don't hesitate to use it multiple times a day. It's also extremely powerful and has no trouble breaking up the frozen ingredients in no time.

Frankly, I’m a little disappointed in my Nutribullet 900. I bought it to replace a Magic Bullet that required my chopping up frozen fruit into very small sizes for my breakfast smoothie, but I find I have to do the same thing with Nutribullet. I had hoped it would have sufficient power to relieve me of this time-consuming task. At my advanced age, I also find it difficult to break the vacuum seal and open the Nutribullet after it finishes, but I’m learning tricks to accomplish this. It serves its purpose, though, and I’m becoming more comfortable with it.
