I previously owned a Nutribullet and I was very pleased with the product. After an accident, (that I take total responsibility for) I purchased the NutriBullet Pro. I did not use the new Nutribullet Pro right away (for several months). I recently removed the new NutriBullet from the box and it DOES NOT WORK! Hopefully I can find the receipt because I wil be returning it!

I have purchased 3 NutriBullet Pros, one for each of my daughters and one for myself. There is only one problem. After having spent over twenty years involved with food processing equipment I was very sad to see that there is no easy way to remove the gasket to clean the blade assembly. Without being able to remove the gasket it is impossible to completely and reliably clean the assembly. No industrial food processing equipment is made that can not have gaskets removed for cleaning. One of the Nutribullet Pros that I bought seemed to have slot to allow lifting the gasket, but the others did not. Other than that, I use mine every day to make smoothies, scramble eggs, make sauces, etc. It cleans (with the exception of the gasket) easily enough, and I have never had a leak.

I bought this product not quiet a year ago, and everything is great, EXCEPT... the silicon o-rings in the blade pieces fall out. I accidentally blended it into my smoothie, which makes one of the two blade pieces not usable. I would rate this higher if I was sent replacement o-rings. I believe this is probably a common issue, and extra o-rings should be included in the overall package. I would give 5 stars if the o-ring issue were taken care of.

Replacing the 600watt unit with this one after about 4 years. The old one started smoking and making loud noises. My wife and I use the Nitribullet at least 2x per week each. The new unit has more power 900watts. Blades from new unit are slightly tighter on the old unit cups, makes it difficult to use old cups. There were not as many cups in new unit as old one but you get a cap for the cups and a rim cover, I don't use either. The blade unit wants to back off of the new cups about 50% of the time, seems no matter how tight I get it. You have to really watch it to avoid a big mess. Then of course it is difficult to clean down in the unit very well. I think you need the higher power if using some tough vegetables like beets, kale stocks and ice cubes. I hope this one will last longer due to the higher power. Had it not been for the blade unit backing off regularly, I would have given more stars.

I have had my Nutribullet (900w) for several months. It VERY quickly blends up the best veggie/fruit smoothies. I use fresh or frozen produce, add a little water and maybe a little fruit juice and I have never had any problems with it. I love that I'm not throwing out the pulp like you would if you used a juicer. If I use it to make a frozen coffee drink, I used crushed ice cubes just to avoid any potential problems. Easy, breezy to clean, too. Great product!

I have been using The Bullet for about a month. It blends like a bird in the mouth of a Honey Badger, it it devour anything. I am really happy with fianl blended product. My only issue is when the blade portion becomes fused to cup. At times I have found the seal ring wrapped around blades. I would suggest having indents on both cup and blade portion. Very difficult to seperate at time.

This is my third nutri bullet and I do love it! However I’ve experienced the inside seal coming off while I’m blending. It was wrapped so tight around the blade I had to remove it very carefully so I wouldn’t tear it. It seems to be loose all the time. I never experienced this with my previous Nutri bullet. Might have to exchange it...

My pro series ordered new did not come with a gasket. Leaks all-over. My neighbor and I could not maneuver A new gasket in place. Waiting for the only solution a new extractor.blade Which has been out of stock for a while. So this is a cautionary tale!!!!! Miss my little bullet.....

I started using my NutriBullet two weeks ago and have a drink every morning. I also have severe Fybromyalgia and I have now gone one week without waking up to extreme arm and leg nerves going crazy and have been able to cut my pain meds down by 1/3 already. I am truly inspired!!!

I was replacing an older model that quit working on me. This appears to be sturdier than the last one I bought. I ordered for online pickup and might I say my experience was great. They were right out in an instant with my product and put it in my trunk. I'll order again.
