The top the rubber inside is constantly coming off. Plus it's difficult to unscrew, since as it spinning it loosens. It has to be tight.

I have only used this to make hummus, since hummus is thicker it takes some time to get it blended smoothly.

Product has done what I purchased it for and more. More importantly the customer service is incredible!

Only had 2 months. Carefully read directions & followed. Quit working today, will be returning. Very disappointing.

The gentleman walked me through getting the lip ring which was stuck inside the machine out. He was very patient and polite.
