We just upgraded our bullet to the pro from the 600. The power is great but the gasket is coming loose almost every time.

You may have broken one of the plastic tabs off near the rim of the cup. Turn the cup 1/3 turn to the next tab.

The top the rubber inside is constantly coming off. Plus it's difficult to unscrew, since as it spinning it loosens. It has to be tight.
