I received this as a gift from my son at Chistmas. I love it and don't know how I got along without one. Fast to prepare all kinds of shakes no matter what type of diet you are on. I use every day, and I look and feel great!

It was great for a couple month of use when I hardly used it. I started using it frequently nowadays and it’s leaking. The worst part is a leaking issue is not covered my a protection plan(add on service) I purchased along with it. Bummer.

I have had to replace cups and blade housing because they keep breaking. The 3 plastic fingers needed to start eh motor break way to easily , I now have no cups that work and blade housing leaking

I was very pleased with the young lady that helped me get my NutriBullet working again. She was patient and very helpful. She also replaced a blade for my machine because it was not pulverizing enough.

I love my NutriBullet 900! I did my research and compared the other top brands to the NutriBullet and I must say I made the best choice buying the "900". It is the best investment you could make for yourself!

My blades were leaking. I sent a Facebook Message. Answered some questions, took a couple of pictures, sent my info, and new blades arrived free of charge. Over-the-top Outstanding Customer Service! Thank you!

Very poor blade system. I´ve had the nutibullet for 4 months now and the blades are loose and leak everytime I make a smoothie. Both sets of blades have the same problem.

The lids do not securely fasten which makes drinking from them difficult. You almost always have to transfer it into another shaker. The travel lid you may as well toss out. Everyone says the same thing - leaks from everywhere. Cheaply made.

Only problem is that in the instructions it says Not to crush Ice and in another area is says you can....So who knows if you can or can't, other products works great

I have had it less than a week but am thrilled with it. I'm self employed and mornings can be hectic getting to my clients early in the morning. I've made up individual packets to blend in the morning and have breakfast in no time!
